The Transport Logistic trade fair in Munich is one of the most important events in the global logistics industry. Held every two years, it brings together key players from around the world – and the 2025 edition once again demonstrated the strength and innovation of the sector.
This year’s event hosted over 2,700 exhibitors from 73 countries, attracting nearly 78,000 professional visitors, logistics experts, and journalists. As one of the leading logistics groups in Central Europe, Budamar was proud to be part of this global platform.
A Slovak railway station in the heart of Munich
For this edition, we welcomed visitors to a stand inspired by a traditional Slovak railway station – a symbol of connection, movement, and precision. The booth offered a spacious and welcoming setting for business meetings, including two fully equipped meeting rooms and a relaxing outdoor seating area.
Adding to the experience was a themed refreshment zone, serving treats reminiscent of station buffet counters, with our friendly hostesses dressed in classic railway uniforms ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Intense business talks and new partnerships
Throughout the four-day exhibition, our team held dozens of meetings with long-standing partners while also establishing many new connections that will form the foundation of future collaborations.
On the very first day, our booth transformed into a casual networking venue, where we welcomed numerous distinguished guests. Accompanied by live Slovak folk music, excellent food, and a relaxed atmosphere, we had the chance to engage in discussions about the current challenges and trends shaping the logistics industry.
A gathering of Slovak exhibitors
A highlight of the fair was also the official gathering of Slovak exhibitors, held at our stand and organized in cooperation with the Slovak Consulate General in Munich and the Slovak Association of Logistics and Forwarding. The event was held under the patronage of Consul General Jozef Korček, who opened the evening with a speech praising the strong and professional presence of Slovak companies at this prestigious event.
